Friendly staff, convenient location, clean and comfortable room, good parking.

Cannot find any fault.

Location was a bit further out of central town than we expected.

The location of the hotel was convenient with good access to local services and connections to local places of interest. Basic facilities but clean.

On our arrival the air conditioning was working adequately, however when we returned from dinner, the room was like an oven and the air conditioning was not working. Our stay at in inland, hotel in August meant that temperatures were well into the 30s with no breeze ! We asked for some help but were told that there was no other room was available, it was the fault of the electricity company, and that they did not have any fans!! My children, husband and I were unable to sleep through the night and left the hotel early that morning. No compensation was offered to us. We were very disappointed

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from a great restaurant and close to the beach. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine that was waiting for us in the room upon arrival.

The breakfast left something to be desired. The options were quite limited and not very appetizing.

I keep coming back here for my city trips because I always feel welcome and the staff is helpful. The hotel has everything I need like Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a secure car park. Plus, I appreciate their assistance in finding the best exchange rates.

Although the location is convenient with good access to local services and connections to local places of interest, that is . the room appeared to be clean, but the sheets had quite a few long black hairs on the duvet. the reception was friendly, and the room was very large, including a couch and coffee table, but the air conditioning was not working adequately; it was like an oven.

The hotel staff was disorganized and unprofessional. They had no written evidence of my reservation and insisted that I hadn't paid for the room either.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. the rooms were clean and spacious and we had a great view. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located near a lot of restaurants and shops which made it easy to explore the city. the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly well in our room.

The breakfast was somewhat limited and disappointing. They did not serve what we expected to have, which made our mornings a little bit inconvenient.
